Planning and Priorities Committee: Additionally, I served on the Planning and Priorities committee, where I engaged in strategic planning initiatives and provided input on budget allocations to support the university’s mission and goals.
Recent Engagements:
Participation in the 30th Anniversary of Alaska Native Studies at UAA in 2023:

Reflecting my commitment to fostering dialogue and understanding, I was honored to speak at the 30th Anniversary celebration of Alaska Native Studies at the University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA). My presentations explored critical topics such as Canadian First Nations’ land claims, Canadian residential/boarding schools, and the Truth & Reconciliation process, aiming to contribute to the ongoing reconciliation efforts.
Through my involvement in such university engagements, I endeavor to advance Indigenous education and promote cross-cultural understanding within academic and broader communities.
